Latest NHL 23 patch is crashing frequently

I have crashed at least 5 times playing goalie in EASHL games since the release of the latest patch.  There is no warning or error message. Just straight crash to the Home Screen. I have submitted a...

I'm sorry, but I'm not able to email you.

As a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? Again, this is just as a test. I'd like to see if a different connection works.

why version ps4 run good on ps5 ...

and not version p5 for ps5 ...
