Locked out of Old EA Account
Hello,
When I started up NHL 22 and 23 a couple of days ago, I got a message to verify my EA account. However, the account it asked me to verify was an old account that I no longer have password recovery options. I have not used this account in forever. It delinked the account that I was using and reverted to this one.I have talked to five different people through EA help, and not one of them has given me a clear answer or instructions. I provided them with all the information I was asked each time, and then I would got one or no responses back. I can't download new rosters due to being locked out of the old account.

You will need to log into your EA Account Portal to update your account information. If you are unable to log in, Try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com
If you are unable to access your email, see if you can get assistance from your provider on recovering access. If not try the steps listed in our help article: I can't log in to my EA Account
