Playing HUT rivals just to get ragged in 3 v 3 is a joke! Whoever thought of the idea to screw with rivals really made the wrong decision! I paid full price for this game, and to be a customer this is upsetting! GWC is on its way and the gameplay is horrendous! The poor dev team dealing with the overwhelmingness has got to be tough on them... It;'s time to wakeup and smell the coffee because like many I myself am done with this! I can no longer support a company who no longer puts effort into fixing their broken product! This is bad business etiquette! HUT community has pleaded for rivals to not go 3 v 3 and what happens? It gets ignored for some reason!
After 3 months the offline modes are still broken, with numerous videos showing gameplay bugs! I myself have sent 11 so far that were game breaking! EA Sports needs to bring more help for the Devs at EA NHL. This isn't fair to them nor the customers! It feels like a slap to the face! I tried to make the best out of the outcome, but this is too much! Game is unplayable for the most part which makes me less motivated to play! I could be doing better things instead of waste my time with the issues that pertain in this sorry excuse of a AAA game...
How long can this go for until EA NHL kicks the bucket? it's getting to that point! Unless real changes are made, we are in for year after year of disappointment!
FYI stop moving my threads into the damn broken gameplay category and sweeping these issues underneath the rug!!! It's not a good look! See you later! EA NHL has lost my future support! Never again am I going to get sucked into a sorry excuse of a gaming company! BYEEE!!

Community ManagerThe reason your posts are getting merged into one thread is because they most always say the same thing. You say the game is unplayable and you're done with it. You also make the same reports about gameplay. Having them all in one place makes it easy for the dev team to see which issues you're reporting. Rather than having them get buried when it's just one post.
Maybe people are just tired of seeing the same broken game year in, year out. I know you're just the messenger, but there have been legit concerns on the path this game has been going for some time.
I joined a friend's squad to play and had to play through this crap because the developers don't know, or don't care, about ways to combat the rampart trolling in their games. I'm not even going to say how long it took to get through this slog, only for the only team to purposely glitch the game out at the end, so it wouldn't count. It's been going for as long as I can remember years prior.
Throw in the lack of tuners and real issues that need to be addressed as we're heading into the new year, and there shouldn't be any wonder why there are so many complains.
- @Jammalammalam Yeah if your team takes 12 penalties it should be an automatic forfeit because they're clearly looking to troll.
This has me confused. Same reports on gameplay? All these videos aren't different issues within the game. The last one I posted yesterday wasn't even the same context. Literally my opponent was able to pass to a player offside with no call and do the wrap. Noticing a ton of passes lately that were blatant offsides in this game. This is hockey last time I looked, not ringette! Anyways this is a full priced game. It's unfair to us consumers for it to be like this when we are the ones paying money...
