My nhl 23 tech test is not working

I received the code for the nhl 23 tech test for ps4 and go to redeem the code and it says that I do not have a prepaid code when I was trying to redeem it

    Are you redeeming the code on the same account it was received for? It will only work on the account that signed up.

    I am using the same account it gives me the error code that I sent an image of before. I clicked triangle to view what the error was and it brought me to a 404 error where it didn’t have an issue

    Same issue here. On PS5, I have an error when trying to access Redeem Code. On the mobile PSN APP, when I enter the code, it returns an invalid code message.

    And when u try to see the error it brings u to a 404 unknown error screen
