Network connection issue NHL 23
I have been trying to connect to NHL 23 EA servers for 3 days now I keep getting the same error message which says unable to connect to EA servers at this time. I have a wired connection I still have Xbox live and I’m not banned every other game works except NHL 23 I’ve tried going to the ea help page and haven’t gotten any answers or see anything to fix the problem it says servers are up and running, wondering if anyone is having the same issue or how to solve it I tried restarting game and console I have also deleted and reinstalled the game and used a different account nothing seems to be working just tryna get saucy in chel 😢

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
