Please someone help
I just bought nhl 23 ps5 version on my ps5 and when I opened it, it was just a white screen and on the top left it said:
ERROR: 0x00000023
SSLError: 0x00000000
SSL connect error
I’ve tried safe mode and rebuilding the data base
ive tried deleting and redownloading it
i don’t know what else to do
someone help me

Still an issue for me. Downloaded this recently and it won’t get past the screen to connect to EA. Says there’s a connection issue and recommends I shut down my ps5 but this doesn’t help to resolve the issue. Is there another method?
Community ManagerTry deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data.
Hi,
I´m really sick tired to these constant game falling down. I love to play this Be a pro-season and when you simulate the time, it is for sure that the game will fall down. Every single time you lose all the data and played game. This happens a lot, it is so so fustrating and makes me so angry. Why this happens? Why there is not a possibility to save the game between the perriods? Why this is still happenin after few years? Last tree years this has happend and now I`m finely fed up about this and I´m so angry that this kind thing can´t be fixed!
I need to ask? Am I the first to bring up this problem?
I have bought and played this NHL-game since 1995, almost 30 years. And now I´m thinking that this was the last (NHL23) time I will bye this game. If it is something you will/can/want to fix?
If not I`am sure that I will never bye any NHL-games you prodece.
