Nhl 23 goalie

The opposing Goalies are always saving, no rebounds, saving 42 times out of 44 shots. It's beyond fustrating. You can domniate TOP and then one of their player scores on your Vasy with the same dumb juke move over and over again. I will never buy this game again.

I’ve changed the sliders to 100 for human goalie cross crease reaction time, human goalie save reaction time, and human goalie deflection. Face 9-12 shots a game on All-Star mode because the CPU never shoots and yet my franchise mode goalie that leads the league in shutouts have a sub .900 save percentage. This isn’t a “more shots don’t mean you win” but make it more realistic please. Why is my goalie letting in the softest shot with the slider at 100 and the cpu sliders are down to 5,5, and 20 and yet they make these insane saves that you only see on top 10 lists? I wanna face a realistic amount of shots in franchise mode not some arcade like gameplay. Hell I miss the days when I didn’t have to move sliders in this game and just play

Just gonna drop this here. This is in OVP. I know, I know.. "don't leave McDavid all alone in front of the net".

However, why does the goalie move off of the post the instant McDavid shoots? It's almost as if the goalie lets this one in:

Imagine having trouble in squad battles because goalies are terrible.

Checking Twitter and this popped up from a well-known community member, along for EBUG for St. Louis Blues. This was a concern since it was noticed in the NHL 23 trailer before the game was even released. The puck literally goes right through the goaltender. I have seen other issues myself where it goes through the shoulder, glove or even stick. Please let the team know about this.

Oh my goodness! Tell me about it. I am so tired of the computer shooting the puck and ALWAYS getting goals. The game feels so cheap. I have great shots from all over the ice and they are blocked. The computer shoots seemingly from weird angles and the puck ALWAYS goes in.

I am using team USA women's hockey team and my first game is against Japan. JAPAN! And they take one single shot and it goes in. I take 25 shots and score one goal. Their goalie seems to be made of brick while mine seems to be a chain link fence and the puck is a BB.

When is EA going to address the computer's cheap goals? This is ridiculous! I keep turning the game off because the computer cheats all the time. And they only seem to have one way to score. Either they always use deking and ALWAYS score that way, or they take weird angle shots and they go in 90% of the time.

This is shades of NHL 18 I think before they fixed the AI. I cannot believe how often goals go in. And the computer at the end of the game has like 10 shots total and 2-4 goals. This is not normal. Not at all.

I have basically moved the slides for the goalies in my favor, all the way to 100% for my goalie in every category, and the goalie is still useless. Might as well not have any goalie in net at all at this rate. Such a horrible game this year. No wonder it's been on sale so often since it came out!
