Nhl 23 keeps crashing

I have the exact same problem but on PS5. It's 90% of my games they just freeze and crash in any mode in HUT. Every other game and any other game mode in NHL works fine just not hut

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game yet? If not, give that a shot and let me know what happens.

Try rebuilding your database with the steps here. Also, restore your licenses with these instructions.

As I said, I've tried everything, redownload multiple times , I tried to change de mac address, I tried changing the dns settings , I tried 60fps, 120fps , removing the hdr+, removing the gaming mode on my tv, I tried rebooting my xbox as new , I cleared most of my storage , I removed my external harddrive just in case , I contacted you guys from Ea multiple times and you just close my case everytime. So I don't know what else I can do

Is your system well ventilated? If it's shutting off, it could be heat related.

Have you tried installing the game to the external hard drive instead of internal?

Port your Xbox to all the recommended settings. Though it does not completely stop all the crashes, I have had very few ever since. I am running a One X and am using the internal storage because I found the game ran better using it instead of the external.

I hate to be that guy but it's been several months now (since the initial release) and the game is still broken in this aspect I'm sure we're not the only ones having this issue, surely you guys could have found the bug and fixed the game by now? I don't think the problem is on our end it based on the fact EA is notorious for releasing broken/buggy games, you guys have done the same thing with FIFA soon to be EAFC, release broken games year after year and still expect people to fork out more money for the same game that's just as broken as the last only difference is new gimmicks to hide the fact the game isn't released as a finished product but just the same broken product

We have gotten very few reports on this and haven't been able to reproduce it. Without that, we won't be able to find a fix. Is your console plugged in to a wall outlet or are you using a power strip?

My game will dashboard randomly....sometimes during face offs, I'll lose connection to the EA servers, or so the message says.

My internet doesn't go down.  My streaming Pandora doesn't blink.  I don't lose connection to the Xbox live services, so it's clearly on EA's end.  Happens wired or wireless, via my modem or on my router.

Every year, every version, connection issues plague this game.  Maybe one of these years EA will pay attention.
