NHL 23 world of Chel pro am error

NHL 23 works of Chel pro am. Keep getting error message. How do I get by this. Xbox

When are you getting the error?

Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Tried this as well. 
    Select world of Chel. My load out appears on the screen. It then asks me to select and Xbox live membership. I hit ‘b’ to back out of that and this is when I get the error. 
    this is the same way I have been accessing pro am in previous years games.

      @hemzy989 

      That's odd it's asking you to select an Xbox Live membership. Do you not have one? It might be required since there are online elements to this mode.

        It’s never been required. I have not had one in the past few years and have always played pro am
