Community ManagerTry deleting your gamertag off your console and add it again. Other than that, I'm out of ideas, unfortunately. This is a pretty odd issue.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas for this. I really wish I had something else to suggest, but this being an odd issue, I don't have any other examples of it being resolved. If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know.
Out of curiosity, do you have another gamertag you can try? I'm curious if it happens on another account. I'd also be curious if the same thing happened with your normal account on another console.
I tried creating a new gamer tag. Logged in with it and got the same error message
