A couple of questions just based off the trailer and a couple just general questions.
- in love with the fact NHL 24 will have vision passing. Been asking for something like the passing in NBA 2K for years. Question off of it is each position it’s own button? For example say you’re going up ice with your LD but you want to pass it up ice to the center. Will the center’s button be X (PS5)?
- will there be a full presentation for pregame? It was sorely missed in NHL 23 especially when playing in franchise mode
- Now I’m not a HUT player but I’ve always looked into it. Will it be similar to MLB’s Diamond Dynasty where there will be “programs” that you could complete?, a market place where I could sell cards/ equipment? And a place where I could buy certain equipment with in game currency?
- also about in game currency I know NBA 2K has it where when you play their version of Be a Pro, your “salary” gets turned into VC where you could buy upgrades or equipment in store. Will that be in 24 because it would be massive and actually let players play other game modes that would let players that normally don’t play HUT lean into it more
- biggest knock last year in franchise mode was that you couldn’t change your coaches strategies even though you could change almost everything else. Will we be able to have full control and change whatever we want within that regard?
- another thing from last year it felt like opposing computer A.I. felt too passive and would never shoot. CPU would score a couple goals off of 8 shots a game and that would be with even changing goalie sliders to stop basically everything. Now I hate having to go in and change sliders but will the opposing CPU A.I. be a little bit more aggressive and take more than 10 shots in a game?
- I’m sure it’s probably not in the game but it’s still a hope that one day there could be “practices” added into Be A Pro. For example when you’re given the choice of what “skills” to work on during the week, could there be something like NBA 2K where you go to the gym and actually have to do the workouts/ MLB has mini games to work on progressing your abilities. Will there be any significant changes to Be A Pro or is that something that would hopefully be additions later versions of the game (hopefully next year)?
