No points rewarded

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play games until no points rewarded
What happens when the bug occurs? Zero points awarded after game is completed
What do you expect to see? A fix. Points rewarded for these games that I won.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Squad battles and HUT Rush
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 915 am
What is your time zone? EAT - GMT + 3:00
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

Sometimes after winning a game in squad battles and hut rush zero points are rewarded for no reason.

Plenty of time left on the weekly timer..

    @zxrks_fn 

    Try deleting your personal saved data. To do this, press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

    Hello, @zxrks_fn 

    Did you gain the max points in HUT Rush? For Squad Battles, are you out of opponent refreshes?

    No to both.

    I noticed that for the HUT Rush it only happens when the icon beside my opponents name is Not the PS symbol. It's something different. Not sure what It is though.

    That would be an Xbox symbol. That shows up when you're playing someone on Xbox. Does the same thing happen if you play HUT Rush offline?
