Online versus record not changing.

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Xbox Series S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Bluemoose11
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No rating increase or decrease after online versus game. Record has not been affected.
What happens when the bug occurs? No rating increase or decrease after online versus game. Record has not been affected.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my record change after a win or a loss online, I expect to see my status against previous players, I expect to see a lead board based off of competitive games I have played and not casual.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Online Versus
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every time
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

I am doing everything normally as I have for the past 10 NHLs. I’m not sure what is different or why nothing is being updated. It’s not giving me an increase or decrease in rating after a game online, just exiting back. My record isn’t being affected. What’s the issue?

    Once you ready up, the next screen will give you the option to choose between competitive and casual.

    Hi there, @Bluemoose11 

    Are you being invited to a game or inviting someone to one by chance? Those would be unranked so stats wouldn't be tracked.

  • Nope, just going into online versus trying to play it normally vs a rando. Not inviting or getting invited by anyone to games. I’ve tried changing MAC and looking at NAT type. Not sure what else I can do.

    What's your NAT type? Also, when you mention changing the MAC, do you mean deleting the alternate MAC address?

  • NAT type is open and yes I’m referring to the alternate MAC ADDRESS which I cleared

    @Bluemoose11 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
