Playing as more then one team in franchise mode

I’ve asked for this feature before but I’ll ask again in case that thread wasn’t seen. I hope you can pass these suggestions on to the team because I’d really like an answers on this question.

I would like the ability to play as multiple teams in franchise mode. This option is available in season mode already so it’s a bit frustrating that the same cannot be done in franchise.

the other problem is that all other major sports games besides fifa include this option and that includes Madden. The objection I’ve heard is that it can be considered cheating to some. But I think the players enjoyment is far more important then if their cheating in an offline mode. 

oh and the ability to force wins in a all team save, a smaller change but the NBA and madden games both feature it so I feel it makes sense to add.

the former shouldn’t be a hard ask considering it’s already in the game, the ladder is more personal preference so I understand if it can’t be done but it would be nice to get an answer.
