Please help.

I was doing the 10 hour trial yesterday on PlayStation five at midnight I reset the game went back into it didn’t have my packs. I went into the play store went to NHL 23 selected version and apparen...

    Unfortunately, we're not able to move those packs between consoles.

Well, that is simply not true.  EA holds the data about the packs, do they not?  Therefore they can alter the data to remove the pack from one console and put it on another.  You have not spent the time to develop the tools necessary to do that yet - but you are capable of doing so.
