Re: All players , collection and trade pile are now NON-TRADABLE

I have video showing that my now trade pile says “0 sold” in hen I’ve sold over 2000 items! And if I go into all time sold I shows the cards but as un tradable cards which is impossible to sell untradable cards and some of the non base cards say tradable 

Any progress on what might have happened, I posted a video for you to see and the link to the channel it’s the only way I could figure out how to post any other way

Did you recently import your team from Xbox One to Series S/X? Also, if you happen to be able to get a shorter video, that would be appreciated. I've passed this one on for you though.

Yes I recently bought a series x and switched from Xbox one but I am still playing the Xbox one version. But….. I trouble shot this with the phone contact for EA, I even hooked my Xbox one back up and the players are untradable on it as well 

Also I sold something on the market and it now show how many players I have sold again but they still have the untradable symbol on them

That would explain it then. When your team is imported, all the items become untradable. This is intended.

I did not import my team!!!! You only import your team if you play the X/S version and I Don’t!!! If I was to play the X/S version I won’t have the team I have on Xbox one …… so no it doesn’t make sense 

All I did when I got an X was downloaded the Xbox one version and my team was just there, no need to import anything!  And when I go hook up my Xbox one console they are untradable now as well

No problem thank you for your help, you can understand my frustrations I assume. Toty mcdavid from tradable to untradable is insane  and all of my golds I had in my collection, my team has no value now I can’t upgrade if I want too now 

Hi I’m just checking if there is any update, I’m missing out on these new sets because I have nothing to sell and  upgrade for tots cards this is maddening to me I can’t get an answer

I'm very sorry, but I don't have an update yet. I'm trying to get one for you. I'm going to be out for the next few days though so I may not have an update until Thursday.
