Thanks for getting back to me. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 22. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 22 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

  • @EA_Aljo That did nothing as well. My connections or Xbox is not the issue. I believe its with game as my EA account has no issues connecting to Madden. I find it a little ridiculous, I am jumping through these hoops to save $10 on a game.

    So far, this is the only report I'm seeing of this. I'm not saying you're the only one, but the vast majority of people are ordering without issue. Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

    If that doesn't help, in your Xbox settings, try going to Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage. Clear the persistent storage. I know it sounds weird, but possibly something is cached somewhere getting in the way.

    You can also try deleting your gamertag off your console and downloading it again.

    Hopefully, one of these options help.

  • I'm having the same issue. I purchased from in nhl22. My order history shows the game but when I click on view game in order history it comes up blank. When I go to the game in the store itself it shows option to buy again.

    If I'm understanding you right, you were able to make the purchase, but it's not showing up. If that's the case, contact support with Sony or Microsoft (whomever you purchased it from) and see if they can help with this. Thanks!
