The modders easily will crack the game for PC. A good chance to get better looking player faces and that all black silhouettes will have headshot images, better looking goalie masks and so on. I guess such things are the reason why they do not want to release it for PC. On consoles its nearly impossible to crack the game.

They've literally said in this thread the reason why it won't come to PC is infrastructure to support it. Nothing to do with cracking, modding or anything like that.

A gaming company in 2023 isn't worried about piracy or people modifying their game. Anyone who thinks this is the major sticking point regarding a PC release is stuck in the year 2000.
