Hey, @gamepowe 

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • This solution did not resolve the issue. The only resolution that worked was installing the game again. Is this issue overwriting the game save data with a bad ID or something? I also tried deleting the local save data on XBox and had no resolution. 

  • This issue is still happening. Just spent money on a game I can’t play. 

  • I have had the same issue on xbox series s with old and new gen. I have uninstall reinstalled and I have changed mac address neither of those worked. I gave factory reset my entire xbox and still did not fix it. The only thing that seems to work 25 percent of the time is unplugging my xbox and waiting a min then plugging it back in. Something need to change 

  • What’s the point in me spending money on a game when I can’t even play it?

  • This doesn’t work how about someone fix this issue. Having people reset their game and cycle their modem shouldn’t be the fix you guys should actually do your job. Very upset bought this game to play with my friends and ya no now I can’t thanks for telling me to do the simplest fix.

    Is EA releasing a patch for this? I am having the same issue. I have to restart my system over and over and sometimes I can select a position but most times I cannot. This only started happening to me in the last couple weeks for no reason. EA is useless. Release the same game with the same problems every year. 

  • Can you actually look into this issue to solve it and not just tell people to power cycle their modems and consoles?

  • @EA_Aljo cant pick position in Dr. I have not been able to play the game for months. None of the resolutins have worked for me, is there any way to get a refund for the game that i cant play.

    Are you using a custom gamerpic? If so, try changing it to a default one and try again. Also, remove the game from Quick Resume and power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • I’m not sure if anybody has found the solution yet, but I’ve been having this problem ever since I got the game a few days ago. I found that if I turn off my headset, start up the game, and wait until I’m in an actual game to turn it back on, I can play just fine. If I turn it on in any of the menus or loading screens, the game won’t let me do anything. I have the Turtlebeach stealth 600 and I’m on the Xbox series x. I hope this helps.
