This is a separate issue that we're currently looking in to to. One thing you can try is taking a penalty and letting the cutscene play out. After that, play may return to normal.

For everyone else not able to open your starter pack, try changing your team name. It's possible this is happening when choosing a team name that is already in use.

    I’ve tried changing my name and still doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything throughout the thread and still can’t get it to work. I’m on PS4 as well to answer previous question.
