I put the code in on playstation.com. It's in my transactions but it's not downloading on the PS5 console. I tried turning the console on and off, and no luck.

I used the Playstation app, linked my console, then downloaded and it worked.
Goto the playstore, goto search and then type in NHL 23. It should let you download from there. That's what I had to do anyways. Hope this helps!
