Received wrong Rivals rewards

Received wrong Rivals rewards.  I finished Platinum in Division two and received Gold rewards.  I accepted the untradeable but did not open them. I just want the packs I earned thanks.  EA please help.

    Greetings Barry. Thanks for responding.  I have been in contact with a three people that were working on my issue. Their last step was to have me post a question here to get a game advisor (I believe yourself), to possibly help me. See below

    @EA_Barry I apologize for not communicating better. I had already had a game advisor take a look at my case. The last thing they say was to post on here to get your attention. I have not opened my packs. I would just like to get the proper packs delivered that I earned. Please take my unopened packs and deliver the platinum division 2 rivals untradeable rewards. Thanks again for your understanding.
