Remove/option to turn off X Factors for franchise mode / be a pro

The X Factors that EA introduced are just awful, they create weird unrealistic scenarios such as the hitting bubble, the magnetic puck, etc and they just shine a light on the flaws and bugs that the NHL series has been constantly adding each year 

it would be nice to remove them from offline mode, or have an ability to turn them off, or rework them so they aren’t so gimmicky and arcadey. Nowadays attributes don’t even matter, it’s all about X Factors

    @EA_Aljo if this option isn't introduced, X-Factors NEED to be dynamic throughout a career (ie. ability to be gained and lost).

    a 40 year old with 77 speed should not have wheels equipped whatsoever, especially as a zone ability
