Server connection

I’m on ps5 and I can play every game except madden 23 and nhl 23. When I load these games it tells me that I have a network connection issue or I can’t connect to the ea servers. Every other game that I have (not made by ea) works perfectly fine. I’ve tried calling ea and PlayStation support and nobody can help. Thoughts?

Just let them know you can connect on a different connection, but not your home network. They should be able to investigate that.
