Can you add the ability to use all custom arenas (junior, semi-pro) from EASHL in Create a Team? There are some amazing looking arenas that are being left out.

Also a problem now with roster sharing. For example, people want to create NCAA teams where smaller arenas are required.

I guarantee they're going to say its "not realistic" to do that, despite the fact Arizona actually plays in EASHL Junior Rink 2
First off I'd like to thank the dev team for making progress on the implementation of Custom Leagues - adding in the ability to substitute the AHL affiliates is a massive boon when creating an alternate universe league. With that said, it highlights a minor issue with Custom Teams, we can only select Pro Stadiums.
I imagine the reasoning has to do with Owner Mode, to prevent a player from selecting an 8000 seat stadium and later getting fired due to insufficient profit. However, now that we can add custom teams to the AHL I can create 64 teams in total for my wonky game universe. The downside being that if I give my Halifax team an affiliate based out of Sydney, they'll be playing in a stadium that can sit 2/3rds of the entire population of Sydney - it's a tad silly. Same for Kelowna's affiliate in Salmon Arm, Saskatoon's affiliate in North Battleford etc.
I, and I presume many others, would appreciate the ability to have more of EASHL's stadiums implemented into Custom Teams. Hopefully the dev team can look into this and make the customization that much more immersive.

I don't think it's really gonna help, Madden is developed by Tiburne not Vancouver. I may be mistaken but I'd assume that the studios have separate community management teams. Aljo might not even be able to contact Tiburne.
