Seriously... hitting the X button, even when perfectly positioned, results in hooking or slashing like 90% of the time... regardless of sliders... just wow

@EA_AljoI haven't purchased the game this year (first time non-purchase since the 90's) because of all the issues I'm still seeing. But I believe the "ages" comment is referring to the past few years. We see the same issues year after year after year.I'm reading about AI defense being horrible AGAIN this year, which was something EA said they knew about last year (LD playing on the RD side, etc.) So what was fixed? From what I've read, nothing. Defense is still letting the other team skate right in without touching them.And the presentation debacle? Horrendous. Instead of creating new NHL forums, just rename them because you'll have the same issues reported. "Frustration" doesn't even begin to describe how this community feels about this series.

So, back in October we were asked for video. It has been given. Nothing has changed. Any word on this @EA_Aljo?

Even at times when in great position the stupid programming targets by the hands instead of going for the lower to mid area of the stick and potentially swiping the puck away.

Sure I will see what I can do... is there any way to submit via PS5? Only ask bc it would be easier and less steps than moving from PS5 storage to detachable media.

I don't know of a way to submit it right through your PS5, but it shouldn't be difficult to download it and attach it.

@EA_AljoHere is one where I am in close and my stick is under theirs and magically I hit his hands? Yeah that wouldn't happen. It should have went straight in the middle of his stick and be clean as I got in front to cut him off also. Stick Lifting has been trash for years. Yoink actually made it work great then EA nerfed it to trash.

@SilentAssassn25 This. 22 allowed people to spam stick lift and poke check. They’ve changed that. People need to adjust. Takes better positioning and timing. People need to learn patience.

@PaulReubens No it didn't. I've gotten many tripping penalties trying to pokecheck in 22. This is another case of online play ruining offline play.

No. Those were god honest trips that I was fine with taking the penalty on. I thrust my stick too late and it got caught in their legs. I would potentially have a video if it were flawed - which it wasn't last year.
