Veteran Loyalty Rewards Update

Was the original statement about there being loyalty packs on a forum post, or was it on the pre-order screen?

Hi! Quick question :

I play NHL every year. In the past few years, I was on PS4. This year i'm on a Xbox series S. I thought i'd receive 10 packs but only got three. The fact I played NHL 20, 21 and 22 doesn't count because it was on another console ?

The account you're posting with hasn't played any NHL games so I can't check on which games you've played. You're welcome to contact an advisor so they can look into this for you. You had to play each of the previous games before the next one was released. 

 @EA_Aljo Hello, I logged onto nhl today and realized I had not received any hut loyalty packs. I have tried to reach out to support but I was disconnected from chat 3 times so I chose to get a call, I was put on hold for 2 minutes, and then hung up on? In one of the chats I was told that there was no loyalty packs? Which i knew was wrong as I had seen the twitter post and also my friend had taken a picture of the packs he had received. I was just wondering what I could do to get my packs

I got my loyalty packs and they were nothing special but definitely were appreciated.

Are you playing NHL 23 on a different account than the one you're posting with? I'm not seeing NHL 23 being played on this one.

I have played a few games on the free 10 hour trial offered by ea play. That was going to be my next question. Does the game have to be purchased in order to receive these loyalty packs?
