Completely agree with you on the gameplay. problem is we complain about it... they'll fix it but it'll open up something else, then they all go search youtube and reddit for it.
We complained about the cross creases... they fixed that.
We complained about coming out of the corner or side boards and going short side, fixed that.
Eventually it'll be scoreless games decided in shootouts, game starts you'd put down the controller until shootout starts.
I must have quit 4 or 5 games of Rivals this weekend just because I was so fed up of having to continuously defend the same plays over and over to the point I wanted to smash my head off my computer desk. 2 of the game I was leading, 2 were scoreless. I have no idea how many players are currently playing this game, but there's no way to enforce it and there's no way to fix the people doing it.
@Lowernu82Guy won the Madden Esports Championship with a Kicker/Punter for QB and didn't do 1 passing play in all the rounds. You play with what the game gives you the best chances to win. If it's a super high percentage chance they are gonna try and force it for a sure thing. If EA opened up more avenues for scoring then people would be losing their minds because the AI would be costing them even more games.
Ok but there's more then one avenue to score... LOL not make the same attempt 20x in a row, im not exaggerating with some of the games ive played of late.
