Why is nobody talking about the bubble players have when they get hit from certain angles? You can have defensemen literally charge at somebody, throw a hit into their shoulder and they just bounce right off.Why is nobody outraged at this? It was in the technical test and it continued through to the regular version. All it takes is one slider to be adjusted (stumble mechanics) and it'd be fixed but nobody is complaining about it.Why? Especially against LT/L2 abusers.

I think it's just getting lost in the shuffle with all of the other major issues with the game ( poke checks, sieve goalies, etc ). Plus it's one of the things that I think is safe to say is by design and not a bug. A major part of the marketing for the game revolved around better puck control and nerfed hitting. I agree with you that it's an issue though. Nothing like putting together a hitting build, lining guys up shoulder to chest and just bouncing off of them while they continue to skate on like nothing happened.

On the last hit, I actually just let off the left stick and didn't send any inputs to my player, and I walk away scott free with the puck. I could definitely understand why my opponent was frustrated:

I agree with you that it's an issue though. Nothing like putting together a hitting build, lining guys up shoulder to chest and just bouncing off of them while they continue to skate on like nothing happened.

Not even sure if the dev team is capable of fixing it at this point - people have been complaining about it for years, and it's still a problem, but more pressing issues keep arising (like even worse goalies) so it all gets lost in the shuffle as @PlayoffError pointed out.

Noticed it last night in a game of 6’s EASHL. If a player has unstoppable force you can’t hit them whatsoever even when lined up perfectly. In HUT when on D you go for a hit and the other AI D loses gap control.

I lined up Coyne Scofield perfectly with Aucoin, Truculence activated. Absolutely nothing...slides off him into position for a perfect opportunity. But the game is definitely "Better Together!" or whatever the stupid slogan is

I think people have started to realize that the devs don't really care about this game ,it's out people still buy packs so why fix anything that's game breaking

The bubble had been there since 15+, because people skating In straight lines got laid out in 14' people whined about it, so ea changed it the following year.. (those things get attention right away..?) I've said something about the bubble every year, but unfortunately nothing has been done about it

@TheUnusedCrayon The problem is they never fix hitting the right way... It's fine to blow people up if they are lined up. The problem with hitting is the window you are allowed to hit people. That's the fix add interference at a normal rate and hitting is fixed no bubble needed

@TTZ_Dipsy You can definitely adjust it. It's a slider you touch. They over-adjusted one of the values.

@TheUnusedCrayon We've been talking about this so much through the years, and being ignored through the years, that it's almost not worth it to complain anymore. And there are players here that want to nerf Truculence. Please...

If it was that easy for them they would have fixed it years ago. This hasn't just been a problem since X-Factors, it's been at least a generation now.
