XF Refund Issue

Good Afternoon!

I’ve had a few cases open with EA Support and they told me to post here this issue. A few days ago I tried to refund my XF Stamkos from 87 to 86 and it gave me two options: 25,000 coins or 1 PUC. I chose coins and they were never added to my account nor a PUC. It used to be you only got one refund option based on how you powered up the card. How do I get my coins, a PUC or the card refunded to 87 OVR?

If this mechanic is an ongoing issue I can see it coming up more and more as people refund certain XFs to power up other ones.

  • @reaganbush1984 At this point I wouldn't even bother. Eat the loss, something went wrong..

You can only get back what you used and I'm guessing you upgraded with 2 PUCs. When you picked 25000 coins, it went refunded it but there were no coins there to be returned.

It sucks but 1 PUC isn't a big loss.

It’s a PUC that I should get back. Accepting it as a loss shouldn’t be acceptable for any business. I’ve got 4 PUI Players I need to power up and have bought multiple PUC Packs from the store.

Furthermore, if this is a glitched game mechanic it should be fixed by EA not just swept under the rug and ignored. More players will be refunding Power Up cards as more TOTS cards come out with XF Upgrade paths.
