You'll need to contact either Xbox or PlayStation support to see if a refund is possible since the order went through their online store.
No they wont redeem the coins i bought from them since they were spent in game
I got EA banned for 3 or 4 days for using the name Sam Squanch on my player. Figure that one out. 😆
Then you'll see blatant racist or sexual name, report them, and get the "we didn't do * to fix this" email.
