Did you Pre-order the X-Factor edition or just standard? I believe both gave certain in-game rewards if ordered by the 25th but only XFactor gives you early access? I could be wrong but that's normally how it works.
In previous years full launch would be 12am EST but it was pushed to 12pm instead; not entirely sure why
