Sorry you're experiencing issues mate - This isn't some intentionally shady business practice, it's just the unfortunate profitibility downside to online server distribution.

Until more players in your area ask for more changes, it seems highly unlikly that EA will consider adding a closer server and is why most online aspects of games are unrated.

Just because your ping/connection to the server might be good, your connection to the other player could be bad and it works both ways; I'm sure the other players are facing similar issues.

As for pucks going under sticks - the ice and player models can sometimes not match up but its really hars to tell and quite rare. You'll need to slow things right down during a replay and zoom all the way in so they can calculate everything.

Sticks going through bodies is done to prevent the game from essentially crashing - there is so much physics and calculations going on that thr stick is allowed to enter an ethereal state (when you're not in control) to help things move along nicely).

I think more can be done to address hitting but stats and your connection have a ton to do with it.

@TTZ_Dipsy it can be fixed by connecting it, but not as EA has it, the logic of ps vs xbox - 1xbox xbox server plus EA server then PS server or vice versa?

@Blambo_svk I think you should defend yourself to your ISP because it's your ISP's fault. If you use an Air connection your connection will always be unstable. And there will be problems with the game.

nothing wrong with the connection, I have a stable straight line, no jumps, a direct cable connection, when I have a friend who works in the IT field, everything is fine, and don't say that this game runs smoothly, there are no bugs in the game, if you say that the game runs fine, then you are lying.
