Free mega players pack not showing up in any of my "perks" locations
I bought the xfactor edition of 2024. I subscribe to gamepass ultimate (with EA play) why isn't it available as advertised? thanks.

You should be able to find it on your console by going to Game Pass > Perks. It was in the upper left corner for me. After claiming it there, you should be taken to a screen where the code for it is already entered into the text field. Hit the 'Check code' button and it should redeem the pack to your account. If you're already loaded into HUT, exit out and load back in again. That's when it showed up for me.
Thanks. But it's simply not there. I've gotten many perks before but it's not appearing. Any help getting it done would be appreciated.

I really don't know why it wouldn't be there. Have you tried contacting Xbox support to see if they have any suggestions? Since you need to claim the pack outside of the game, it's not something we can really troubleshoot.
They are saying it's because I'm currently in ASIA. Can you kindlly unlock the region on this code?
I bought the game. I have gamepass. I've bought every NHL game since 92. It's the least you can do.

I'm looking into this for you. Normally though, there's nothing we can do about this when regions are excluded. That can happen for various reasons we don't have control over.
Thanks there's got to be a solution. Maybe you can just put the pack in my account or in the store?
Any luck? I'm afraid after buying game for 30 years and EA play I'll be cancelling both if I can't get this paltry reward that everyone else gets

Shouldn't it work if you change the country in the Xbox settings?

I have not heard back yet and I don't anticipate I will as I'll be out of the office after today for about 10 days. Normally though, when a promotion isn't available in a particular region, it's due to a legal issue. I'm very sorry to say, I don't see us being able to get this pack to you.
