Goalie Overreaction On Penalty Shots

Normally I wouldn't make an issue out of goals on penalty shots.  I still wish they were more organic and less "do this thing and score every time" but it's a video game and it happens.  That said, I don't think it's too much to ask for the goalies to not actively get out of the way of shots.  This happened twice last night against the same team so good on them for figuring it out I guess.  Basically just skate full speed diagonally across the ice and the goalie over-commits to the speed of the skater and moves too far too quickly leaving the net wide open.

There's also a bit of a side-problem exposed here.  There really should be more of a delay between being in the full hustle, one hand on the stick, pushing the puck forward animation and being able to take a full power and accurate shot.  In this clip the shooter doesn't even appear to have his left hand on the stick let alone low enough to generate any kind of shot power.  I didn't really notice it until putting this post together otherwise I'd have a better angle to see it in the replay.
