Gold Collectibles

How does one actually earn gold collectibles? Somehow, I have two but have no idea how I got them.  I've looked in every set (I think) to see if I can exchange silver or bronze or diamond collectibl...

    you got the 2 gold coll. from Event Objectives, that was a one-time thing.
    You can only get gold. coll in Rivals as rewards if you choose option1
