Squad Battles rewards release on Thursdays at 2 PM PST. You should get them later today if you played within the last week before they ended yesterday at 2 PM PST.
So frustrating. I made sure to finish top 10 last week (Series X) because I assumed it would be the final week of Squad Battles. No rewards. Waited to see if they would pop up before playing the current/true last week’s SB, then gave in and finished top 10 again. The thought of only getting one week of rewards—or no rewards for either week—is incredibly disheartening. I was putting the final touches on a few theme teams so I would be able to use them in exhibition once in a while until the servers eventually shut down. Please do right by all of us who grinded out for rewards; said rewards basically have zero value to 99% of players, especially those who have moved on to NHL 25 already. But to those of us who are still around on NHL 24, the rewards have a lot of worth, as there will be no way to earn such levels of rewards going forward.

This is currently being investigated. I'll provide an update as soon as I have one.
I truly do appreciate that. One potentially helpful thing to track, if possible, is that the number of players available to buy on the Auction House never spiked following scheduled rewards (which is how I realized the issue wasn’t isolated to me). The number has remained ~500 all week, when it typically jumps to 1500-2000 Thursday evenings.

Well said. I am so close to finishing my team and thought it was great that I had finished as high ranking for season 67. It would have given me some packs I was not able to win before. Still it’s been over a week now with no real progress on the investigation. Good bye NHL24 it’s been a slice.

Since you are on Series X, at least you have the option of moving on to the latest NHL25 game. I am on PS4, and do not have that option without a console upgrade. I also did not have access to a season 68 of Squad battles. But it seems maybe X Box players did?? This whole thing is weird and disappointing for my first serious foray into the EA NHL game in many years.
