Missing rewards. Can't open a case. Can't email EA.
Is this a joke?? I've tried on my gaming PC, laptop, and phone,
with Brave, Chrome, and Edge.
I've turned all of my extensions off.
I never get the "open a case" pop-up,
and with the email form I always get an error message something like,
"Major error Whoops! Our bot authentication found an error. Please try again."
or
"Major error This page has timed out. Please refresh and try again."
I'm convinced that EA will do anything to avoid having to provide anything resembling "customer service."
