NHL 2024 HUT - Time For Truth EA
Just finished another frustrating hut champs. From the lower rated teams(players) just flying by my 90 Mario to Mario being on a breakaway at full fatigue and being caught by a half full player from Quebec I am just sick of it. This is supposed to be your best of the best playing against other player and it is just unfair.
When EA is confronted with this they just deny it. Lies Lies Lies.
I have been a loyal customer for many years but this is CRAP.
Why as an Ontario player am I constantly being matched up from players from Quebec. They have an unfair advantage due to ping and their proximity to your server. As a player you can tell if you have input delay and fat man lag and it is wrecking this game and the players experience ( EA your customers)
Why in 2024 does Ontario not have a dedicated EA sever in Toronto? Were is it and why is it not in place, it is not like you don't have 10's of thousands of customers in Ontario. Ontario is home to the biggest hockey market in Canada.
I bet if you looked at the top 100 players each week in hut champs, how many are from Quebec?, gee I wonder why. I would have a 16 -4 or 17 - 3 record if I had 4- 6 ping as well. Having skill is great but a ping advantage is a big help.
I would love to interview the dev from EA and ask him the real tough questions about ping ,lag , hip checks, and the other many issues. No Sleeves did a great interview with him but you could tell he was very careful with the questions he asked,. He didn't even ask when the patches were coming.
EA needs complete transparency to regain their client base that they have lost over the past few years with great hockey games like NHL 2023 that was the train wreck of a game that after launch they took our money and did not update it for the whole year.
EA , I am sure I speak for many HUT,CHEL and offline players when I say fix these issues. We paid good money to play a realistic, fair hockey based on the NHL that we all watch.
I await a real dev's response, not an EA moderator who is going to ask me if I have game mode enabled on my tv or am I using a wired connection.
