Another patch and still nothing about poke checking and pass interceptions? A lot of people are sending videos like crazy and the devs still think that this issues dont need to be adressed? The issue regarding stamina and TO's...
There is currently a bug where the pressure system drain will continually engage against you if you call a TO during a penalty kill. It will persist until the end of the period.
The patch note doesn't specify this scenario, only that it will now restore stamina during a TO in a normal, non pressure situation.
Can we get clarification on if it will fix the persistent drain to stamina?
I love the changes to celebrations - except we still can't jump into the boards. The A (X on Playstation) button always defaults to the slide celly.
Can we get the ability to jump into the boards back in the game?

Poke checking or pass interceptions might prevent that 13 year old from being able to "flex" on you in his wolf costume after doing a one-button Michigan, EA's market research shows that is what the kids want apparently
I am so angry that I paid money for this game. It is so unplayable. A BIG part of the problem is the community. Because there is NO consequences for rigging games, trolling, goal traders etc, the actual fair, honest games are only possible when you have a full squad of 6 so no Benedict Arnold’s get in. Therefore all the games are one team against ransoms at best. At worst your goalie or defender or centre are actually playing to lose, a player is allowed to create unlimited profiles on nhl, they create Smurf accounts to boost their buddies and their buddies reciprocate for them.
so I am left to spend all my time recruiting players so I have a full squad, than spent hours looking for a match. Just to have my opponent remember my gamer tag and refuse another beat down and leave me searching again. The other option and the one I’ve been using lately is to turn NHL off and play COD.
The community is garbage people mostly, they haven’t put in the effort and time to acquire the skills to win. They game the system and the devs turn a bling eye.
tge devs spent a lot of effort on useless frills and animations and year after year dumb the game down for the weakest, slowest players.
@kayak_VYou got this completely backwards. It's a game so people will do anything to win. Expecting the majority of players to honor the game is fantasizing.
It's up to the game to be realistic to the point where you actually need to play hockey to win. That is doing things that make sense. This year to win games you'd better force a bunch of stupid passes and skate at people because those, albeit unsound hockey plays, work out a reasonable percentage of the time that they're actually worth it (in this game obviously). So that's what people do
