Community ManagerThe drop-in game matchmaking is terrible again! It was good ever since the update shortly after release that cut the 'looking for teammates' time to 1:30 and 'looking for opponents' to 3:30 (or shorter if all the skater positions are filled). But with this latest update (as of a few days before Christmas), it became terrible again! Now we're very lucky to find a game within 5ish searches and most of the time it takes around 10, if not 15-20 searches to get a game! And it's not a matter of enough players not searching for a game either. There are more than enough potential opponents basically all the time, but we're just not getting matched up with them!
Whatever change was made that affects the matchmaking, might work on the newer gen and in North-America, but in Europe, on the previous gen, it all but kills drop-in games and should be fixed without delay! And no, not all of us have the extra money to buy a $600 system basically just to play NHL...
