NHL 24 AI Feedback
I cannot stand the control play, the new plays, the players don’t even get the dam puck when it’s right in front of them, the computers don’t even make defensive plays at all in the attacking zone, I...

If your on your own half of the ice the AI will throw the puck backwards for no reason when calling for the puck. Even if you’re in front of them. It has been this way since NHL23 and no one has addressed it. I’ll get some video because it’s quite annoying. Only solution is to not manually ask for a pass from computer until you cross the red line.
90% of passes are fine by the AI but the key is to allow them to establish control first and as long as you are a reasonable distance away it should be a decent pass 90% of the time.
It's not perfect but it's not terrible either as long as you follow those two rules.

There are no options to force them into an aggressive (pass first think later) style and they have 0 sense of urgency when you're down and time is about to expire.
Like it or not, the team wants a fast paced game - I shouldn't have to slow down in order for the turkey to make a pass to me. I am the human master, I know what to do to score so just do your job and feed me. Offline players can tweak sliders but in EASHL you gotta be a jack of all trades and be a master of em all despite the AI
