Community ManagerNHL 24 Community Playtest - Did Not Receive Code?
Hey, everyone! We'll be holding a community playtest August 21 - 27. This is your chance to test out a pre-release version of NHL 24 and provide important feedback that is used to help shape the game for launch. Registration can be found here.
For those of you in the insiders program that didn't get a code, send me a private message. Let me know which console you're using. If you're on PlayStation, include which region you're in (NA or EU). I also need to know your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID.If you are not in the insiders program, more codes are being sent out later today so keep an eye on your email.Edit: For clarification, I will not be sending out codes. I am passing on your details with the hopes we can get a code to you. There is no guarantee codes will be issued.
Edit 2: We are now directing everyone to open a case with an advisor here. They should be able to help those that registered for a code, but did not get one. They will not be able to give out codes on accounts that did not register for the playtest.
Edit 3: There also is another wave of codes being sent out on Wednesday. If you are approved and haven't received a code, it's possible your code will be sent out Wednesday.
