Well, in my opinion, the customer don't have to pay for the developper's mistake. This technical issue should be a serious priority. It shouldn't take 2 years to fix, just go back to NHL 22 presentation and release it when it's ready. When the same problems and bugs that was on previous game manage to get back in the next one, that's why a lot of people complains about the ''copy paste'' game. You can't keep asking for 80$ per game if the problems are never fixed. I think this recurrent frustrating situation is why a lot of people are giving up on the game, and on EA as a whole, but I think it's been said loud and clear already, it's up to you guys at this point (not you specifically). It's up to debate, but yeah, we feel like it's the same old song with each release of the game.
