Why do players get attribute boosts just for keeping the puck in the zone? Last year it was too easy to just stay to the outside and skate in circles or LT Spam so you could get huge amounts of zone time. Why should be punish teams yplaying defense with attribute boosts for the opponent? Now if the team on offense is getting lots of shots and the other team is chasing like crazy then naturally the other team will get tired and then its easier to attack on offense., but giving stat boosts on offense is just going to reward teams that cheese. Also it’s taking more user input out of our hands so now I’m going to lose because there was a 50-50 play and the time on attack gave the other team a boost so they their puck control was greater than my poke check. Now I poke the puck and looks like the other team gets it back. That doesn’t seem fair. Why can’t it just be based on realistic factors and our inputs?

I’m really happy with the fatigue engine for defenders and goalies, and the desperation saves being updated.
I am worried about having goalies sitting on their butt and trying to make saves. The game already does that for low blocker shots and since Luongo retired no goalie in the league sits on the ice anymore.

Please tell us you can hide that pressure meter that shows in the zone??Not going to play seeing that meter all the time.

There have been some big changes to gameplay that you'll find out about in the playtest. I can't go in to those now, unfortunately.

Thanks! Sorry for overreacting. I just worry a lot and want the games to always improve! I will wait a bit more and see how the deep dive reveals go before passing judgment. It sounds like the developers are being more active with the community this year which is a very good sign.
