If my BaP Coaching strategy is set higher than the CPU's, the CPU tends to skate directly into the middle of the ice and forcibly turn over the puck in completely avoidable situations. And my teammates magically become smart enough to dump the puck or pass it in transition rather than skating into the CPU like a chicken with its head cut off. It's mind-boggling how many times the CPU or my teammates stickhandle into the legs of the opposing defensemen without even trying to deke them out or pivot. Nearly 70% of offensive zone entries come to a stop due to these kinds of turnovers.
Made a post about this one recently, didn't get much traction. Boosting this because this has to be my least favorite thing about this game's AI right now, and I think that addressing it has to be at the forefront of gameplay changes. Making the AI more aware of who it's playing WITH and AGAINST would improve this game SO much, at least from that standpoint.
