This would be HUGE for me 😀
Wow, if they give us the option to turn of the new celebrations it would be wonderful.

And whats gonna happen when they're just turned off? I don't want any more seizure inducing sync screens.
They just need to have more than just the tunnel - showing shots of the crowd and bench would go a long way

I'm not confident that this new celebration can be optioned. If one user has it turned off while another user has it turned on, you need to provide a post-goal sequence to both that is somehow different and sequenced for both users.
I suspect that if this is going to be "addressed", it'll either be completely removed and reverted back to '23, or a bugged out and jarring sequence that makes less sense than the current one.

Battlefield 1 allowed players to turn off UGC/user generated content but it was surprisingly taxing on the system - I don't think NHL would handle this very well.
The only way you can make everyone happy is by a two way camera that works in similar fashion but draws from the established tech. Basically the tunnel guy sees that while everyone with it off sees the regular top down camera from 23 with the guy just pointing at an invisible camera (most celebrations were like this anyway).
The teammates in the background never did anything anyway so they dont really need any placement tweaks. Huge problems if they introduce team celebrations though
