While we are on the subject, would be awesome if we could paint our own goalie masks in the game. Have a Editor of some sort and even share them with the community 😀
As an example, in Gran Turismo, you can create and share your own design…

Also in Gran Turismo, you hardly ever see the drivers helmets. They are just for show when taking pictures and stuff. They are not really a major part of the whole picture.
Imagine, we get to see the NHL goalie masks for an entire 60 when on the ice. Would add so much to the game 😀
And I wholeheartedly agree on the goalie equipment also.
I edited Soderblom and Binnington the other night for 23 and it looks awesome IMO… Imagine with a helmet close to real life 😀
EA Sports, it ''must be'' in the game !
It's time we have goalie mask editing available in the game. We should also be able to add decals and designs and be able to share with everyone so we can download each other's favorite looks in the community. I would love to have a roster with felix the cat potvin as the purple LA Kings goalie with his cat and crown iconic mask and cat face pads design. Have byron dafoe with his great setup in boston, Jeff Hackett with his Canadiens 2 kids playing pond hockey with scarfs and winter hats goalie mask. So much potential for goalie equipment , do this EA.
