Hi, I reached out to your support team but they weren’t able to help me. I preordered nhl 25 on ps5, but have NHL 24 on xbox series x. Will I still get my Hughes choice pack in 24? Don’t see anything

I'm looking into this for you. I'm not sure if it has to go to the same console you purchased the game for or not.

Edit: I have confirmed the pack is received on the same console account you pre-ordered 25 for.

I still have not received mine for my pre order pack. Can you assist

Which Hughes pack? The 84 that was in NHL 25 or the 99 that came in NHL 24? To get the one in NHL 25, you had to pre-order before September 13th.
