Re: Too many shots, too many hits?

Same here offline player as well

At the moment on the latest patch the AI has normally 24-28 shots 12-18 hits on hardest difficulty on 7 minute periods with game play sliders adjusted to feel as close to full simulation as possible. Some games depending on team I may have 35 shots with 20 + hits against me . I have found myself still going into sliders to still find a perfect spot on some of the sliders , it just takes time to get it just right it seems for this year's game.

Ai number of shots is fine with me. They get 25-30 shots on 5 min period with adjusted sliders.

But yeah, feels like every little bump counts as hits and CPU usually have between 20-40 hits/game. With agression at 0/100

The average in NHL last year was between 20-30 hits/game. So not too far off. Maybe it would have to be a little less.

For me on offline, it depends on the game. I played twice today, one game CPU took 39 shots and next game they took 12. I’ve been ok with the cpu shots honestly. It’s a lot better than last years game. I do wish the cpu would shoot a little more IMO but I feel like there would more dumb goals that would * me off haha.

As for the hits I completely agree. Had a post earlier today complaining about it. There’s just so many bumps that are considered “hits” and then there’s just so many big hits that practically kill your players and vice versa. Second time ever in franchise mode I’ve had to call my AHL team for at least 3 players because the I’ve got 6 injuries due to hits. I wish they calmed it down. Like there’s no reason Matthews and Beniers should lead the league in hits
